About Coach

In 2017, I was introduced to CrossFit and developed a newfound excitement for challenging myself in the gym every day. From that time to now, I have been on a journey focused on constantly challenging my own limits and seeking growth both physically and mentally through fitness.

Because of my background, which involved a lot of moving around and shifting, a constant hurdle in my life has been finding a community that I truly engage with. There have been a few times in my life where I have had that community: when I lived in Canada playing junior hockey, when I got connected at the church my family attends (River Valley Church in Oshkosh), and finally, the three CrossFit gyms I have been fortunate enough to be a part of: B Athletics (formerly CrossFit Fond du Lac) and CrossFit Fox Valley/Iron Forge Fitness, and Bad Batch CrossFit.

It was in each of those communities where I was able to feel connected, supported, and challenged in my growth to become a better man. Winnebago Fitness (CrossFit Winnebago exists because I think the value an affiliate can provide to a community is second to none. I have seen the impact it can have through hundreds of people affected by CrossFit, and I want to provide that same impact to a greater population of people.

As a former teacher, I have the necessary communication and accommodation strategies that will help provoke change and development in my members. Coming from an athletic background, I will be able to help people develop their own skills and progress towards their goals while cultivating a strong community atmosphere.

Winnebago Fitness is a place where members look for guidance, wisdom, and unwavering support on their journey to achieving a healthy, active, and sustainable lifestyle.

Overall, I am excited to use my experiences and values to help others achieve their fitness goals and become part of a supportive and engaging community.
