I have been participating in CrossFit for 10 years. I became a coach 5 years ago because I love helping people reach their goals. People face many different obstacles, things they can’t control. Completing difficult tasks in the gym can help people have the confidence to face the struggles in their day to day life. I love working with people to help them challenge themselves mentally and physically, to help them be able to realize their strength. My goal as a coach is to always keep learning so I can keep helping members reach their potential.
